Lake Pukaki is truly one of New Zealand’s most breathtaking lakes.

This remarkable venue gives you views of New Zealand’s largest mountain – Aoraki Mt Cook, as well as other snow-covered peaks.

Over the years we have helped many couples get married with these such views and if you could see for yourself you would know why.

This is one of the ultimate wedding locations in this region

Lake Pukaki is glacial feed and that is why the colour is so distinctive of blue/turquoise.  In total the lake spans over 518 metres above sea level. Situated running north south along the northern edge of the Mackenzie Basin.

Because this location is so spectacular I go there as much as I can with weddings even for just a photo tour.

A perfect location if you are wishing to travel on after your wedding to Mt Cook or Queenstown.

I would recommend that you travel down to Lake Pukaki the day before your wedding.  The driving distance from Christchurch is approximately 3.5hrs.

These prices are for bride and groom without guests.

This location is weather dependent, if weather does not permit for outdoor wedding we will transfer to shelter for your ceremony

• Personal assistance when you arrive into Christchurch to uplift your Marriage License
